PROPOSED ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Houston County
Pursuant to the provisions of the Alabama Environmental Management Act, the Alabama Department of Environmental Management is proposing to issue a Unilateral Order to TCBC Development Company/The Crossing WWTP, NPDES Permit Number AL0080047, located at 300 Crossing Parkway, Cottonwood, Houston County, Alabama.
The violations noted in the Unilateral Order consist of effluent permit limitation violations, failure to submit noncompliance notification reports, and failure to comply with Consent Order 20-110-CWP.
The Department is proposing a civil penalty in the amount of $10,900.00. The Order, if issued, would require the TCBC Development Company to submit an Engineering Report, submit progress reports, submit a certification of compliance, and comply with all Permit conditions.
Interested persons may submit written comments, including request for a hearing, within 30 days of the publication date of this notice to:

The comment period shall end at the close of business 30 days from the publication date of this notice. This notice is hereby given this 12th day of May, 2022, by authorization of the Alabama Department of Environmental Management.
