A Voluntary Cleanup Plan (VCP) has been completed by Terracon Consultants, Inc. for the Former Mazer’s Discount Home Center, Inc. located at 816 Green Springs Highway in Birmingham, Alabama.

Copies of the Voluntary Cleanup Plan are available for public inspection for 30 days from the date of this notice during normal business hours Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at the following locations:

In order to affect final decisions, all comments must address issues that have an impact on the applicant’s ability to comply with applicable environmental laws, rules, and regulations. ADEM maintains a list of interested individuals who are mailed legal notices issued by the Department.
