Notice is hereby given that a hearing before the Department of Environmental Management of the State of Alabama will be held on September 17, 2012, at 10:00 am in the Main Hearing Room at the ADEM – Central Office location at 1400 Coliseum Blvd. in Montgomery, for the purpose of establishing a new chapter of the ADEM Administrative Code entitled "Chapter 335-11-2, Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program" to replace the current chapter 335-7-13 regarding the state's drinking water state revolving fund program. The proposed chapter 335-11-2 streamlines the requirements of the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund.

The public hearing is being held to receive data, views, and arguments, either through oral comments or in writing from interested persons regarding the proposed rules. Written comments also may be submitted if received at the offices of the Alabama Department of Environmental Management in Montgomery before 5:00 p.m. on September 17, 2012, the closing date of the comment period.
