General Information
The Municipal Branch manages the NPDES program for municipal (point source
and municipal stormwater) and non-industrial sources such as semi-public and
private facilities, manages the water and wastewater operator certification
program, as well as administering the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan program
for water and wastewater construction projects.
