New ADEM Regulations for UST Systems

Underground Storage Tank (UST) Program

The UST Program consists on requirements to help prevent and cleanup pollution caused by leaking storage tanks.  It also includes a trust fund to provide financial assistance for both above ground and underground storage tank owners, who comply with the regulatory requirements, to cleanup pollution from tanks that have leaked.
