Notice is hereby given that a hearing before the Department of Environmental Management of the State of Alabama will be held on December 9, 2009, at 11:00 am in the Main Hearing Room at the ADEM – Central Office location at 1400 Coliseum Blvd. in Montgomery, for the purpose of amending ADEM regulations covering generators of medical waste.

The Alabama Department of Environmental Management proposes to amend ADEM Administrative Code Rule 335-1-1-.07, Departmental Forms; Rule 335-1-6, Fee Schedule G, and Rule 335-13-7-.01(2).
