Bullock Environmental, LLC has submitted on behalf of Fendall, LLC a proposed amendment to an approved Voluntary Cleanup Plan for the former Dexter Pest Control facility located at 2908 Central Avenue in Homewood, Jefferson County, Alabama. The facility operated as a pest control facility from 1958 until approximately 2001.

Copies of the amended Voluntary Cleanup Plan are available for public inspection from July 21, 2008 through August 20, 2008 during normal business hours Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at the following locations:
