Pursuant to 40 CFR Part 403, the Alabama Department of Environmental Management is required to Public Notice any Industrial User that is in Significant Non-Compliance with applicable Pretreatment Standards at any time during the previous twelve months. This notice is intended to inform the public that Den-tal-ez, Inc. 2500 Highway 31 South, Bay Minette, Alabama 36507, SID Permit Number IU 33-02-00055, located at 2500 Highway 31 South, Bay Minette, Alabama, was in significant non-compliance during the period from October 2006 through June 2007 by discharging wastewater to the North Baldwin Utilities WWTP that did not comply with permit limitations for zinc. A Notice of Violation was issued by the Department to Den-tal-ez, Inc. for the significant violations noted.

This notice is intended to inform the public that Hwashin America Corporation, 661 Montgomery Highway, Greenville, Alabama 36037, SID Permit Number IU 33-07-00072, located at 661 Montgomery Highway, Greenville, Alabama, was in significant non-compliance during the period from October 2006 through September 2007 by discharging wastewater to the Greenville WWTP that did not comply with permit limitations for nickel and zinc. A Consent Order was issued by the Department to Hwashin America Corporation for the significant violations noted.

This notice is intended to inform the public that Lite Foot Hosiery, Inc., PO Box 680196, Fort Payne, Alabama 35968, SID Permit Number IU 35-25-00430, located at 2350 Beck Industrial Boulevard, Fort Payne, Alabama, was in significant non-compliance during the period from October through December 2006 by discharging wastewater to the Fort Payne WWTP that did not comply with permit limitations for flow. Also, Lite Foot Hosiery, Inc. was in significant non-compliance during October 2006 by failing to submit discharge monitoring reports for their discharge to the Fort Payne WWTP. A Warning Letter and Notice of Violation was issued by the Department to Lite Foot Hosiery, Inc. for the significant violations noted. Lite Foot Hosiery, Inc. is currently in compliance with the flow permit limitations.
Pursuant to 40 CFR Part 403, the Alabama Department of Environmental Management is required to Public Notice any Industrial User that is in Significant Non-Compliance with applicable Pretreatment Standards at any time during the previous twelve months. This notice is intended to inform the public that MacLean Dixie, PO Box 170040, Birmingham, Alabama 35217, SID Permit Number IU 39-37-00037, located at 1500 Red Hollow Road, Birmingham, Alabama, was in significant non-compliance during the period from October through December 2006 by failing to submit discharge monitoring reports for their discharge of wastewater to Jefferson County’s Five Mile Creek WWTP. A Notice of Violation was issued by the Department to MacLean Dixie for the significant violations noted.
Pursuant to 40 CFR Part 403, the Alabama Department of Environmental Management is required to Public Notice any Industrial User that is in Significant Non-Compliance with applicable Pretreatment Standards at any time during the previous twelve months. This notice is intended to inform the public that Taylor Wharton Gas Equipment., 521 Green Cove Road, Huntsville, Alabama 35803, SID Permit Number IU 08-45-00361, located at 521 Green Cove Road, Huntsville, Alabama, was in significant non-compliance during the period from October through November 2006 by discharging wastewater to Huntsville’s Spring Branch Industrial Park WWTP that did not comply with permit limitations for methyl chloride. Warning letters were issued by the Department to Taylor Wharton Gas Equipment for the significant violations noted. Taylor Wharton Gas Equipment is currently meeting the methyl chloride permit limitations.
Pursuant to 40 CFR Part 403, the Alabama Department of Environmental Management is required to Public Notice any Industrial User that is in Significant Non-Compliance with applicable Pretreatment Standards at any time during the previous twelve months. This notice is intended to inform the public that Nektar Therapeutics AL Corporation., 1112 Church Street Northwest, Huntsville, Alabama 35806, SID Permit Number IU 08-45-00524, located at 1112 Church Street Northwest, Huntsville, Alabama, was in significant non-compliance during the period from January through June 2007 by discharging wastewater to Huntsville’s Aldridge WWTP that did not comply with permit limitations for pH. A Consent Order was issued by the Department to Nektar Therapeutics AL Corporation for the significant violations noted.

A Consent Order was issued by the Department to Healthgroup of Alabama Laundry Services for the significant violations noted.

This notice is intended to inform the public that NTN Bower Corporation, 2086 Military Street South, Hamilton, Alabama 35570, SID Permit Number IU 38-47-00041, located at 2086 Military Street South, Hamilton Alabama, was in significant non-compliance during the period from October 2006 through June 2007 by discharging wastewater to the City of Hamilton’s WWTP that did not comply with permit limitations for total toxic organics. Warning letters were issued by the Department NTN Bower Corporation for the significant violations noted. NTN Bower Corporation is currently in compliance with the total toxic organics permit limitations.

2007 by discharging wastewater to the City of Decatur’s Dry Creek WWTP that did
not comply with permit limitations for zinc, cobalt, oil and grease, BETX,
mercury, and tin. A Consent Order was
