NOTICE OF A PROPOSED VOLUNTARY
CLEANUP PLAN UNDER THE ALABAMA LAND RECYCLING AND ECONOMIC REDEVELOPMENT ACT
(ALRERA) FOR THE FORMER CALERA BAPTIST CHURCH PROPERTY LOCATED IN CALERA,
ALABAMA.
S&ME Consulting LLC has completed Site Investigation activities under the VCP at the former

impact on the applicant’s ability to comply with applicable environmental laws,
rules, and regulations. ADEM maintains a
list of interested individuals who are mailed legal notices issued by the
