NOTICE OF A PROPOSED VOLUNTARY CLEANUP PLAN UNDER THE ALABAMA LAND RECYCLING AND ECONOMIC REDEVELOPMENT ACT (ALRERA) FOR THE FORMER LINDY INDUSTRIES FACILITY LOCATED IN HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA.

 

Huntshill Limited Partnership has completed Site Investigation activities under the VCP at the Former Lindy Industries Facility located at 15990 Chaney Thompson Rd, Huntsville, Madison County, Alabama. The Huntshill Limited Partnership acquired the subject property in 1983 and currently leases the facility to Ridgeview Industries.  Ridgeview Industries is a light manufacturing operation and produces metal stampings for the automotive industry.  The Voluntary Cleanup Plan was approved by the Department on November 29, 2007. 

 

Copies of the Voluntary Cleanup Plan are available for public inspection through March 11, 2008 during normal business hours Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at the following locations:
