NOTICE OF A PROPOSED VOLUNTARY
CLEANUP PLAN UNDER THE
Huntshill Limited Partnership has completed Site
Investigation activities under the VCP at the Former Lindy Industries Facility
located at

of the Voluntary Cleanup Plan are available for public inspection through March
11, 2008 during normal business hours Monday through Friday, except legal
holidays at the following locations:

impact on the applicant’s ability to comply with applicable environmental laws,
rules, and regulations. ADEM maintains a
list of interested individuals who are mailed legal notices issued by the
