The City of Tarrant has completed a Voluntary Cleanup Plan for the former Vulcan Rivet and Bolt site located at 1020 and 1040 Pinson Valley Parkway, Tarrant, Alabama. The facility was formerly a manufacturer of rivets and bolts which ceased operation in October, 2000. ADEM has completed the review of the Voluntary Cleanup Plan and determined it to be complete.

Copies of the Voluntary Cleanup Plan are available for public inspection through May 27, 2008 during normal business hours Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at the following locations:
